Prices on properties sold in France !

If you want to know the real prices of properties sold in the area close to you or elsewhere in France, there are the following options:

1. Click on this link:

https://app.dvf.etalab.gouv.fr

2. Click on the website of the French tax authorities

https://www.impots.gouv.fr/portail/
– Enter your No fiscal and password
– Go down the page and find “Données publiques”
– Then click on the box to the left “rechercher des transactions immobilières”
– Tick the first box and the box “vente et acquisition potentielle”

The statistics provide transparency and show prices for which properties are sold.
Remember, however, that positive or negative conditions such as, condition of the property, view, noise, etc. are not taken into account.
